Opening hours

Balloons of Stafford offers a balloon decoration service; we don't have a physical shop.  We are closed on Sundays and Mondays (with the exception of the occasional large-scale event). For the rest of the week, we are often out and about at venues installing balloons, which can be any time of the day and so don't have any fixed opening hours. We also have a small studio on the side of the house, where customers can come to collect their balloons at a pre-arranged time and date.  The best way to place an order is to complete the form opposite. We aim to respond promptly - always within 24 hours. Please also see the calendar below, which will give you an indication of our availability on the day of your event. Last-minute orders

We have access to a wide range of balloons but do ask for at least 1 week's to allow time to order the balloons from our suppliers. If you would like to place an order for collection within the next few days, please see our last-minute orders page, which provides more information on all the of the balloons we currently have in stock. 


Booking process

  • Browse the website for designs. The GALLERY displays lots of images of our work and the SHOP section provides more information and prices on our most popular balloons.

  • Ready to make a booking? Please complete the form opposite to place an order. On receipt of your order we will check our availability and then send over an invoice, which will confirm all of the details of your booking and provide payment options . If your event is less than 2 months away we ask for full payment in order to secure the booking. If it is more than 2 months away, we ask for a (50%) deposit and then the remaining balance 2 weeks before the event. See our terms & conditions for more information.
